In addition to financial resources, LAF promotes internship opportunities, which enrich traditional education with practical experience or support research. Schedule Deadlines Submissions must be received by: January 15 for Douglas Dockery Thomas Fellowship Febuary 15 for all other scholarships and fellowships Award Notification & Announcement Juries meet in March and April. Entrants will be notified of the results soon after the jury meetings. The awards will be announced following notification of and coordination with the recipients and sponsors.
