This scholarship is intended to benefit the profession of Landscape Architecture by helping to
bring young creative individuals into the profession who may not otherwise have the financial
ability to cover all the costs of their educational program. The use of funds is restricted to
tuition, books, and program required supplies within the school year of the award.
Eligible applicants include United States citizens who are students in the final two years of
study in Landscape Architecture at the University of California at Los Angeles Extension
Program, or in the case of UCLA's termination of the program, other California accredited
schools of programs in Landscape Architecture. Applicants must demonstrate financial need
and a minimum grade point average of "B."
